Miami Shores Homes for Sale

I thought I’d let you know how one of my favorite neighborhoods in Miami on the Biscayne Boulevard corridor is faring. There are currently 146 active MLS listings for sale and 6 of them are bank owned properties. That’s not such a bad ratio.  None of them is east of Biscayne Boulevard, which is considered more desirable by some because of it’s proximity to Biscayne Bay.

In the past six months, there were 13 closed sales and there are  presently 17 pending sales. The prices per square foot have been dropping, as one would expect. From February 2008 to April 2009, prices have dropped by 41% (I’m sorry it’s hard to read the numbers. That’s as big and clear I could get it).  Any  questions?
