Located in Miami’s Northeast corridor of Biscayne Boulevard, Morningside Park is part of the City of Miami’s Parks &Recreation Department. It is not only a good recreational location, but also has lots of programs for families.

It is also a good place to call home. There’s quite a range of prices. The most expensive being the gorgeous places on the Biscayne Bay Waterfront. But you can find something affordable there also. The prices range in the lower $300,000’s to well over a $1,000,000. But it’s typical to find something between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
Nearby on Biscayne Boulevard, you have Publix, shopping (alot of fine stores and boutique shops are moving here from Miami Beach because of the more affordable rents in this up-and-coming area), car washes, great restaurants, the Design District and direct access to Downtown Miami.

This exclusive gated community is waterfront paradise for the privacy seeker. Located right on Biscayne Bay, it’s an excellent location to be close to Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and the Design Center. Boat lovers would find this their secret treasure. It’s a great place to have a large boat because of it’s direct ocean access.
The gated entrance is manned 24 hours a day which really enhances and enforces the privacy aspect of living in Bay Point. The houses range in price from around $900,000 and up. Most are in the millions. You’ ve got some real beauties.
